The process for entry into a National Championship event this season will be very different than in years past.

Competitors will simply register for an event using the exact same process as when registering for a regional contest. Where previously a competitor was required to wait until a spot was available to claim and then act within a 48 hour window, we are now opening registration for a period of five (5) days and WAITLISTING ALL those who express an interest in participating, collecting payment information at the time of registration and only charging them for the registration when their entry is confirmed via the stated “entry criteria”.

Entry criteria is as follows:

Regional Champions are added first.

The remainder of the field is filled to the stated event cap, entry ordered by their National Rank.

Online entry is scheduled to open on March 12th, 2025 at 12:00 pm MST and will close on Monday March 17th, 2025 at 11:55 pm MST.

The confirmation process will begin on March 18th and should be completed by E.O.D. March 21st, 2025. When an athlete is added into the contest, they will receive an email confirming their registration for Nationals.
